THE FIRST KHOTBAH Indeed all praise is due to Allah, we praise Him, we seek His aid, we seek His forgiveness and we repent to Him. And we seek refuge with Allah from the evils of our souls and the mischief of our deeds, Whoever He guides then there is none to lead him astray and whomever He misleads, then there is no guide for him. I bear witness that there is no deity except Allah alone, no partner has He, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His worshiper and His Messenger, His closest man, the most beloved to Him, the trustworthy on conveying His message and the conveyor of His religion to mankind.
